Of course, you should not presume that the appalling manners of Yorkshiremen are generally found anywhere else in England, Yorkshire is, as they say, a "special place".
 
When I have the fortunately rare occasion to travel to the east coast of Yorkshire, which God in his wisdom is washing away into the sea, I always lend a hand and throw a handful or two of Yorshire soil into the fast encroaching brine.
