I need to give instructions to a PC person on how to zip a file. On Mac
I use DropZip by Aladdin, but I don't know what to tell him for PC. Can
anyone give me step by step instructions? I gather he is not exactly a
computer wizard, as he needed help finding where attachments were
downloaded when I sent him something. He is also in England, if that
makes any difference.
Please don't tell him to pack up the computer and send it back to store
because he is too stupid to use a computer. Although true, it would be
counterproductive.
