Windows doesn't have an option key. And I've tried all the shift keys when this problem occurs, and nothing works but copying the offending measure to a new measure (without copying clefs, an instance where the default is actually *helpful*), and then re-applying the clef changes, then deleting the original measure. Even if there were an easy workaround, it's still a bug. -- David W.
