The text files don't change fonts. Edit the Maestro Font Default file (for maestro docs) and the JazzFont default file (for jazzfont docs) in your component files folder. There are some settings that the wizard changes (mostly margins), but fonts are not set by the wizard.
If you have a custom default file, rename it Maestro Font Default and replace the one in Component files...
