I want create a tuplet (triplet):
1 eighth + 1 eighth with dot + 1 16th in the space of 1 quarter
but i can't define a tuplet in the score.
If using simple entry, enter the first eighth note, and set the defintion as three eighths in the space of two eighths; next enter the final sixteenth note; then back up, and insert the second eighth before the sixteenth note, and finally apply the dot.; if using speedy entry, in the speedy frame, press ctrl-3 (to establish a triplet, which will be defined as an 1/8th note triplet by the first note value duration you use), enter the second note, dot it, and add the third note.

If you were want the first note of an otherwise eighth note tuplet to be a sixteenth (say "s d e", where s is a sixteenth note duration, d is a dotted eighth, and e is an eighth), you have to declare the tuplet (with ctrl-3) and then enter the first note as an eighth, to fix it as an eighth note triplet. Then you can either change the first note to a sixteenth.
