In a situation like this, this is what I do - I'm on Mac- Taking as a basis the smallest value - 1 16th- I total the sixteen's, which in this case ads up to 6, place the speedy entry on wherever I want to do my entry , press option one. This opens the tuplets options window where I instruct finale to place 6 16th in the place of four 16th, say ok - which brings me back to my score and type my entry. That's it.
