Do we know that this was done without the permission of the list owner? Has Henry Howey specifically come forward and said he didn't grant permisssion?
And is he really the list-owner, or is SHSU the list-owner, since it's their servers we use? What if somebody at SHSU's IT department granted permission? What recourse do we have then?
