Yes, I am all with you on this one, and I really think this needs to be
fixed in Finale.
TGTools Beambreaker can make your life easier, but there is absolutely
no reason why Finale doesn't do this by default. To stay compatible it
just needs a new option for "Intelligent Beaming". It's a very simple
thing to add, and a lot of Finale scores would look much better by default!
