No. I have no idea how that is supposed to work. Perhaps it's PC
only, like the Legato Slur plugin.

Which is a Finale file that doesn't open. Finale Error ID -12.
It's a Finale Library. You have to load it from inside Finale:
File -> Load Library -> Enable: All Files
