Another thing to do that is handy is to save out all the document 
options from the default file as a library that you can then load 
into existing documents. This is what I do to import Maestro's 
defaults into files that I am converting from older versions where I 
originally used a different default music font.

Of course, you want to edit the defaults first before saving them out 
to the library.
