Ok, I am taking you seriously, and I know that your work depends on your
computer running smoothly. From that point of view the only advice I can
possibly give you is this:
Backup everything.
Reinstall OS X
Keep your documents and applications where they belong.
After that, if Flash player still doesn't work (which is unlikely), I am
happy to trouble shoot.
