If you have a version of GPO that you got *before* Finale 2006, you will need to update it. I do not know all the details on the update, however.
I did find that I could access the full GPO by going through various midi setup menus - though it took me a while and, as usual, I can't remember exactly what I did. Now that's a help, isn't it!
