Not if you want to play your old files using GPO.
For new files, the Setup Wizard takes care of your AU Setup
automatically. But for existing files, you will need to carefully
read the relevant part of the Finale manual, and load your GPO
instruments manually using the "Native Instruments AU Setup" dialog
box. (You may also have to make some channel changes in the
Instrument List.)
