1) Move Finale's Maestro Font Default file (and/or Jazz if you
prefer) out of the Components file and highlight the name of this
file and copy it using command-C.
2)Put your custom default file in the 2006 Components File and
highlight the name and paste using command-P..so now your custom file
has the Maestro Font Default (or Jazz) name.

I feel like a jerk nitpicking around, and I know Karen didn't mean it,
but I think she meant was Cmd+V instead of Cmd+P to paste,

Yup...this is what mean't Hiro...I've been awake for too many hours today :-) Thanks for clarifying this!

But I believe what she meant was clicking on file name while file
is already selected, which get you into file name pop-edit mode as well.

Yes, again....left over from my OS 9 days...I still do it this way. [Enter] is more efficient though as you pointed out...old habits die hard.

P.S...I don't think you are a jerk...always admired you and your playing since I first saw you play way back when in college! :-)
