I doubt that any utility exists to convert NWC files to Finale files.
However, I'm pretty sure NWC can save as NIFF (Notation Interchange
File Format), which Finale is supposed to be able to read. If it
doesn't read them directly, you can try using the MusicXML Import
feature, because apparently NIFF and MusicXML are fairly similar.

I realize that that's sort of the same problem as saving all the files
as MIDI, but NIFF might be able to transfer lyrics as well.
