| If what you are after is really big time signatures on a score, the thing to do is to go to Options > Document Options > Fonts > Notation, select Time, and choose Engraver Time at size, say, 36. Still in Document Options, go to Time Signatures and make the bottom symbol -260 EVPUs (or -0.9 inches -- you may need to experiment to get the optimum setting). Now go to Plugins > Scoring & Arranging > Global Staff Attributes. Here choose to display time signatures only on those staves you want them on. If all you want to do is change the font or slightly increase the size, then Options > Document Options > Fonts > Notation, select Time, and make your choices there.
