While I don't disagree with Aaron Sherber's advice in response to Dr. Weinstangel's comment, in part

There is a sudden change in the staff spacing, size of noteheads and a general look of the score from the page 16 and on, and nothing I have tried changing has made much of the difference. I am sure it must be possible to copy the format of one of the previous pages onto the rest of the score for a uniform look, but I can't figure out how to do it.

it sounds to me that perhaps the page layout was changed early on, without changing the page layouts, so I'd be inclined first to go to the page just before the page where the layout shows the sudden change, open the page layout tool, and clicking on one of the page margin handles to open the page margin dialog box, this should open the box with the values of the current page. I would select the option "page range", and enter the page range from the current one, to a value past the end of the score, and click to apply those. Closing the page margin dialog box, I would select the resize tool, and to the left of a system on the last page with the desired layout, click to open the resize systems dialog box, in which I would select the "From ___ to end of score" option. Then, returning to the page layout tool, I'd optimize systems if aprropriate. If there is more than one system on the page, I'd select the handle of the second system to open the system margin dialog box, and I'd apply those system margin settings to a range of systems that chosen such that it starts with the selected system, and continues past the end of the score. I'd then select the top system on the last good page, and choosing the "adjust current system option", I'd apply that setting to the top system on each page.
Also, I have asked some time ago and have never received a single answer: is it possible to globally slash grouped grace notes, similarly to what is available at Options>Document Options>Grace Notes>Always Slash Flagged Grace Notes?

I would be deeply grateful for any help offered.
