Ken,
This used to be a problem for me using 2005/Mac and GPO, but I
haven't encountered it in Finale without GPO. The problem has also
disappeared when using GPO since the Finale 2006 version and the
Kontact Player update. You will need the advice of one of the
computer gurus here to help you, but something's surely amiss,
(stating the obvious).
