Here's another former Clevelander checking in: I lived in Northern Ohio for 8 years, 4 at Oberlin, and 4 after graduating in Cleveland. Cleveland is one of the most livable and cultured cities in the country. And the summers are really remarkably beautiful -- I believe at one point the Cleveland tourist bureau was running an ad that said that Cleveland had more sunny days than Tampa, FL, which seems unbelievable, but I can't imagine how they could claim it if it weren't true. In the summers, Cleveland really is quite beautiful and sunny with low humidity and nice breezes off the lake. And the people of Cleveland are fabulous, as well. If I ever end up leaving NYC, I'd definitely strongly considering moving "home" to Cleveland. -- David W.
