The best help I can offer is: don't try it -- it will only lead to
frustration, despair and a damaged computer when you put your foot
through the screen out of frustration.
Finale's midi import has improved in recent years, but complex tuplets
are not one of the improvements, at least in my experience.
Have you tried quantizing the midi file in a sequencer before importing
into Finale, just to be sure those tuplets are actually the appropriate
lengths?
