Thank you David, Noel, and Christopher for responding to my inquiry about
dragging accidentals. Redrawing the screen seemed like the thing to do.
This did not solve the problem.
When I get to the point of dragging the handle on the accidental, the
handle and the accidental do not move. Instead, a second handle appears
where the relocated accidental should be. I selected the second handle. Now
I have two black handles in view, one at the accidental and one where it
should be. CTRL-D causes the second handle to disappear.
I gave up trying to use the published procedure. I deleted the deleted flat
entered originally in Speedy and entered a flat as an articulation and
spaced it as required.
