Even if one follows a rigid discipline of backup copies, it is very likely that you may loose hours and hours of work. Of course if you are not aware of the problem, and depending on your backup scheme, you may loose weeks or months of hard work. I think that the whole Finale community got very excited with the introduction of Finale GPO, and we embraced happily the new upgrade. However, since the release of the upgrade many irritating bugs have been reported. Let's make things clear: this is not another bug, it is a failure in the basic set of features of any program. It is simply unacceptable from the customer's point of view. I hereby formally requesting a total refund of the upgrade, shipping costs, and additional tax expenses of the purchasing process. As soon as I receive the refund I will destroy my copy of the installation DVD, and erase the installed version in my computer. I am sure that you eventually will be able to release a working version of Finale. You have done that in the past, and you will in the future, but for now, Finale 2006 is not ready.
