Is you score displaying at transposed pitch? If so, that's the
reason. By default Bass Clarinet is set to appear in treble clef. If
you want bass clef, go to Staff Tool and double click on the B Cl
staff. Under Transposition, deselect Set to Clef...
That should do it.
