Well, after a lot of reading (esp. all of your excellent messages), I
am now torn between the HP 1022 ($200) and the HP 1320 ($400). They
both look as if they would meet my needs, with the extra $200 buying
some extra speed and memory. So ... I'll probably do some shopping
today and succumb to something or other. Ah, the siren song of
technology is resonating strongly in my soul! Either way, many
thanks for the help you always provide.

They just got me one of these for my office at the university.
It arrived a couple of days ago, but I have yet to print anything
with it. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll report in.
