Thanks Brad.  I wasn't sure whether to use Hidden style - there is nothing
in the OLD about it.  Shape expressions (and text blocks) have an option to
"Show Only on Screen" and it seems logical to me that text expressions
should have that too.

Must press on.....   :o)

In 2005, you just use the text style "hidden" (it's in the menu next
to bold, italic, etc.) to make text show up onscreen that will not be
in the printout.
