Not as far as upgrades go, although if you pro-rate the cost of the Sibelius upgrade to an annual basis, it does end up being much cheaper on an annual basis.
Sibelius only upgrades when they have significant improvements to offer, not on a forced-annual-upgrade schedule, so it may be a year and a half or two years between upgrades for Sibelius.
