Perhaps this is a naive question, but if there is something called "Virtual PC" (I have had no occasion to need it, so have no experience), is it so unlikely that something will be created that will allow apps written using CodeWarrior language to run on the new machines?
Well, that's just what rosetta is all about, however, processor-emulation is also processor-intensive, and such apps will run very slowly, and not at all if they require a G4 or higher processor.
But it is likely that Finale will continue to run under emulation. However, such a machine is very likely to run FinWin _much_ faster than a PowerPC version of MacFin. In which case, provided this dual boot thing turns out to be true, there are enormous advantages to just installing Windows and WinFin.
