I have been trying to catching up on posts and hope I saw all the stuff already talked about this thread.
I was somewhat fascinated about this discussion since, to me, there is only one answer. Either: a) make a dotted quoter rest, or b) make the dotted quoter note under fermatta to 8th + quoter and put the fermatta on the quoter note.
