If you are talking to anyone over there, let them know this. I already
have.
When I log on, the darned website doesn't remember ANY of my
information from the last time I logged on! I have to go through EVERY
tiny detail of my hardware and software, laboriously typing and
clicking, even if all I want to do is make a suggestion for changing
the website (the very suggestion I am making now!) They have my login
details, the web page should be able to auto-fill that information from
the last time I logged in and I can make any changes if I have upgraded
recently.
I asked three questions, and each time I had to fill in that darned
configuration info, and they WOULDN'T let me go on without it! Arrgh!
