Really? I haven't really noticed any differences.
There is a bug in 2k6, where if you have severaly measure number
regions, and several measures not included in the measure numbering (by
the measure properties), several tools work on wrong measures (measure
tool, key signature and meter tools, bookmarks and probably many more)
which has caused me major headaches, and cost me lots of time.
