Noteworthy Composer and probably others ...
Noteworthy Composer is a big favorite with elementary, choral and keyboard folks. It surely deserves to be included.
I would also suggest Lilypond because it's free, open license, and graphic only (like Score). Igor Engraver (if you can find it) is an interesting program. My favorite old program is Music Printer Plus (DOS) from TAP. My first notator was MusicWriter (now, thankfully deceased) from Pyware. It's a good example of how far we have come.
