The reason it doesn't is because it's a metatool, not a keyboard shortcut. I don't know if it's hardwired, or user alterable. If the latter, then it shouldn't appear in the menus, unless they are dynamic (like the articulation and expression dialogs, which display the metatool assignments). But my guess is that the resources used to create menus aren't easily adaptable to dynamic data, like user-customizable shortcuts/metatools. -- David W.
