I can't find any situation where these settings make a difference to a
slur, note attached or measure attached. I've just got used to manually
editing all slurs over system breaks and never bothering with the
settings in the context menu.
To add to this problem, the setting "Maintain Angle Over System Break"
doesn't even do what it says with lines or crescendos. If you draw an
angled line over two measures, then push the second measure onto the
next system, the two segments slope more than the original line. What
actually happens is that the start and end points of each line segment
are as high as the start and end points of the original line.
