It's just how the respective OS's handle things. There are several
panes to choose from, most of which aren't application-specific.
MakeMusic only controls the behavior of the Finale pane.
In that case, were I a Mac user, I would petition MakeMusic to
either A) put all the settings on a single panel as it is on
Windows machines
I don't think they can do that. It's an OS-level thing. Besides,
there are far too many printer settings in OS X to fit on a single
panel.
B) make the Left/Right stuff work with the Page Ranges: panel.
Yep, that's what I'm asking for.
