I use Finale to print on several sizes of paper. Fortunately, I have
an older GCC Elite XL 20/1200 printer which can handle 13" widths. The
new GCC models only go to 12" but, a ha, the duplex!

I order 13x20 paper from Kelly Paper that folds into 10x13 booklets.
Then I use an inexpensive saddle staplers to bind parts. That works up
to about a 20-page part (5 pieces of paper). The players prefer
stapling because it lays flat in their folders / cases. Some folders,
though, only hold 9x12.

If I have a smaller score, I do the same on 13x20 paper folded. But
most of my scores are on 11x17.

Finale has built-in paper sizes that include 10x13, but not 9x12 or
9-1/2 X 12. The same is true for my printer. I have found that it
takes a bit of tweaking to get 9x12 to print properly (or 12x18 paper
folded). I must tell the printer I am printing to 13" paper and
adjust the margins to print correctly when I run 12" through. Plus I
keep losing that damned post-it note with the magic numbers.

The short answer to your question, Kim, is that Finale handles large
paper with the same ease as standard paper.
