First post here -I hope this works! I'm writing an article on the use of (artificial) harmonics with the guitar in the style of Lennie Breau, and would like to use Finale screenshots for the illustrations. He was probably most famous for the harp-like scalar passages he achieved, but he also employed clusters created by fingering, say G, C, E, A (bottom up) and playing the G as a harmonic as a method of clustering the A and the G.
I'm having trouble figuring out how to show this in Finale, the problem being to show two or more notes in the same staff, played at the same time, where the bottom note is a harmonic (sounding an octave higher). I also need to show this in (yech!)TAB. I've searched the Finale forum and see a few questions, but no replies. Can anyone here help me?
