Well, I found the Setup Wizard to be a very handy tool for setting up
large scores, especially, but I've lost my gpofullinstrument.txt file
from my AU folder, and like Mary and her lambs, I have not been able
to find it anywhere on the HD. So, I've been doing them all
manually ... a bit of a hassle, but not too bad.

I strongly advise against ever using the setup wizard or any of the
other wizards. Doing all these things "manually" takes very little
time, assures that the score will be exactly as you want it, and
avoids precisely these kinds of unnecessary snafus.
