Yes, the Get Info .> Open With > Change All routine doesn't work with Finale and never has. It is particularly galling because if you inadvertently open the wrong version of Finale you can lose all your preferences. You simply have to remember always to open Finale first, then open the document..

Still, the file won't "remember" the "Open With" association after I close it! As soon as I close it and double click the file icon, FinMac 2006 Demo launches instead of 2005b. This is admittedly a very minor annoyance, however I guess the Type-A component of my personality would like to figure this out. Is there anything else I'm missing?
