Can you or anyone else give helpful advice with respect to the Bb, C, and Eb editions? Surely they don't actually put every song in the same key. Is it perhaps that everything in the Eb edition is a minor third higher and everything in the Bb edition is a major second lower, with the C version being somewhere in the middle?
