Well sussed! Yes, I always set the printer to a Postscript one in the page setup before running Finale, because it has my 9.2x12.2 page profile. As soon as I changed it to a non-Postscript printer, it wouldn't distill with Postscript fonts. I swapped it back to a Postscript printer, it worked again.
