Exactly, that's why I said at the beginning please pester MakeMusic about this.

The problem is also this:
If you have files A, B and C in your recent files list in this order, and you open file C, it will not resort on the top of the list. This is very annoying, because clicking "Open Recent" in the start window will not always open the last edited file. In my opinion this more or less defeats the object of having recent files at all. Furthermore, most of my score files are just called "Partitur.mus", and because of this silly sorting issue I actually have no chance to find the right one, ie the one which I edited the last time.
