Big trouble from the institution that has the manuscripts OR from Saur Verlag? I don't follow your logic here. From what you have said previously on another thread, the copyright to the manuscripts are owned by the library, so you would need their permission to publish obviously. But if you meant Saur Verlag, that I don't understand.
