What are you talking about? Multithreading does not guarantee that 
the OS will divide up the processes and/or threads and hand them off 
to different processor/cores. The OS would have to be written to take 
advantage of multiple processors in that fashion (Windows has had a 
multi-processor version since at least NT 4, but only limited 
capability for taking advantage of the multiple processors), and the 
apps would have to be written so that this causes no difficulties.

Examples, please? All of Dell's top-end models in all product lines 
use them, and have been doing so for a while. That's the only OEM *I* 
care about, but show me more than one major OEM that has no models 
with them.
