Just to allay any fears, our installer does NOT phone home for anything. The "StartHere.exe" process is our meta-installer, which calls all the other installers in succession from the disk. It might take it a minute to read the disk. I didn't run into this problem when developing the installers, so if anyone else sees this, I'd like to know about it.
