Thanks for the suggestion.. Yep a bit "clunky" bit would work fine I
guess.
Never used the smart shape tool- guess it is time to learn.
The  Aflat & Bflat sit vertically on a single stem OK it is adding the
Bnat that is the issue as if I try to join them on one single step the
Bflat and B Nat just swap.

The triplet idea would work fine.  Awful in playback probably but that
is OK I am not worried about that.

What about issues of re-spacing the page and then the new stems etc
getting "dislocated from say the central note?    Just tried and that is
what happened.

I did check out the help PDF but I find that it is often less help than
just playing around.  In fact sometimes really unhelpful..
