My original issue was "tight" cluster of a Aflat Bflat and Bnat
It is damn hard to do a single layer CHORD with Bflat and Bnat together.
ala the need for the "cluster"
I consider this trivial: I was called upon to do a six tone cluster--G-flat, G natural, G-sharp, d-flat, d-natural, d-sharp (a fifth above). since I preferred using Speedy entry, I entered G / G# and D / D#, added an F and C with the mouse and sharped each, placed the noteheads where I wanted them converted the enharmonics and created the custom stem. (Yes, it was playable: left hand, thumb on the D-natural, D# and Db played by the index finger, G# by the middle finger, Gb by the ring finger, and G natural by the smallest finger: composer's fingering, reportedly devised in consultation with the initial performer.)
