Yes. I've lost part of this thread, but for future reference you can
create Bb and Bnat on the same stem by entering a Bb and Cb (in Speedy),
hitting * to force accidentals, and  hitting "9" to get the enharmonic
Bnat. The note will be on the other side.

It doesn't help if you need an Aflat, though, as you'll still need the
custom stem tool.
