Well I looked in the help section and found it in Preferences. ----
along with Program Options.
This is not the same in Windows then?
BTW, I did previously search the Help file for "Favor Sharps" and
came up blank.

In WinFin2007 it's under the Edit menu, select Enharmonic Spelling.
We were warned in Jari's terrific review that menu items were
moved around a significant amount.
