BTW, I did previously search the Help file for "Favor Sharps" and came
up blank.

There is no "Preferences" dialog in WinFin, at least that I can see.
I just checked in the Help file index, and there is no entry for Dialog.
We have Program Options, and we have Document Options, and then there's
this "Enharmonic Spelling" menu item under the Edit menu.
Oh well, so much for a common user interface between platforms!
