19th century quirks aren't the same as 19th century notation. The 19th
century version of notation fixed by publishers is what is found in Finale,
Sibelius, Lilypond, etc. The presence of some 20th century symbols or
quirks does not make either of them 20th (much less 21st) century
notational systems. When you can set Stockhausen's 45-year-old "Refrain No.
11" natively in Finale, I'll listen to you.

In the meantime, if you don't see the difference, I can't help you.
